We never publish your properties on Immobiliare.it, Idealista.it, Casa.it or other Italian portals. The collaboration is non-exclusive.
Negotiation and brokerage stay with you
Viewings, negotiation and brokerage remain yours, in line with Italian real estate brokerage law.

Read the agreement (Italian and English), enter your company details and the court of your choice, and accept it online.

After Realmente countersigns, the agreement is effective for 12 months and you start receiving dossiers.
The terms in brief
These are the main terms. You read the full agreement before accepting.
- Term:
- 12 months, no automatic renewal: any extension is agreed in writing.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
- Jurisdiction:
- Your choice: you name the court of your city in the agreement.
- Exclusivity:
- None. The collaboration is non-exclusive for you.
- Italian portals:
- Realmente may not publish your properties on Italian portals.
- Personal data:
- Each party is an independent controller; Realmente shares data only with a lawful basis.

How the fee works
The buyer pays the commission to Realmente. If a property is not (exclusively) part of your direct portfolio, or falls under a co-brokerage agreement with third parties, you invoice Realmente for your agreed share of the buyer's commission, typically 50%, or as agreed in writing per transaction. Realmente pays the invoice within 30 days of receiving the buyer's fee.
You always keep the right to invoice your seller commission separately. Your invoice to Realmente is a B2B invoice under the reverse charge regime.
After expiry or termination, your right to the share on transactions with Qualified Leads introduced during the agreement remains fully in force.
